I am a photographer and the update is needed in order to preview certain large RAW files in the files app. If downloading the update on my iPad is not possible, it is a big problem because I have a large volume of work to complete while under lockdown. I haven’t checked if any data was used during all the hours in that state, but I hope not as I don’t have unlimited data. I’ve been struggling and trouble shooting for two days and no progress.
